Hi, I’m Katie Cotton from easyBondpay and we’re with Shaun from InspectRealEstate’s MoveMeIn. So we’re here to talk to you about some amazing news. We have launched a new version of our integration. So are you an InspectRealEstate customer? Are you an easyBondpay customer? And are you a MoveMeIn customer? If you are, this integration is going to really benefit you.

Shaun Mahony:

Yeah, fantastic. We have optimized the integration. We’ve always had an integration with easyBondpay, but we’ve actually optimized that integration and made it new and improved. So therefore, if you are a current client of ours using both easyBondpay and MoveMeIn, we’ve got a much better option for you that we’d love to talk to you about. But also if you’re not using, MoveMeIn and just an InspectRealEstate client that uses AppTracker, this will work perfectly for you also.

Katie Cotton:

So what we’ve realized now is that we’ve identified the perfect spot to have the easyBondpay integrations. So Shaun’s going to give us a little bit more detail about how that works and the benefits to you as a property manager, and also the benefits to your tenants by being able to have this enabled.

Shaun Mahony:

Yes, so if you are a current user of InspectRealEstate’s AppTracker, and you currently do send your tenants the waiting payment status email, we have created a merge field that will exist in there, specifically for easyBondpay.

Katie Cotton:

Yeah.

Shaun Mahony:

Once you send that email out or send that status update out, your tenant will click on the link and it will take them to a landing page with easyBondpay on it. The tenants can self-serve and fill in their easyBondpay application, all hands-off for you as the end user, using AppTracker.

Katie Cotton:

Absolutely. So what it means for anyone who’s currently using our efund portal within easyBondpay, you no longer have to confirm any tenant details. So it will automatically prompt the tenant to go ahead and accept using easyBondpay now. So, I mean we know it certainly wasn’t a long process, but what we’ve decided to do is create something that you know there’s nothing less to do than nothing. Right, Shaun?

Shaun Mahony:

There is one thing to do, the only thing you will need to do is, when you do send that status email out, it will prompt you to enter in the rent, how long the bond is and how long the lease is. It takes about 10 seconds. But other than that there’s literally nothing more to do.

Katie Cotton:
